Sai Sankoh is a luxury fashion blogger, consultant and now, designer who hails from Sierra Leone but is based in the United States. Sai, whose style can be described as 'glamorous' wanted to create a line that was quintessentially her and isnpired other women to release their inner goddess. Intrigued with luxe furs, chic accessories, and unique details, her line includes inspiration from her continent and some of her pieces in her personal closet.

Talking about what inspired her to begin the line, Sai said:

I love accentuating the curves in a woman, and adding glamour to something as simple as a basic black dress. After two years of travelling to and fro exotic destinations such as India and countries in Europe, and sourcing the finest silks and furs, I decided it was time to launch my own line. I have always been fascinated with vintage one of a kind pieces, and I always found myself reconstructing them to give it a modern day wearable look, while at the same time keeping the intricate details they possess.

I wanted to design couture inspired styles with good quality fabrics, with the same attention to immaculate details, and the perfect fit for the everyday woman at an affordable price point. I just want women to feel the street is their runway, everyday is a good day to look fabulous. I always feel sexy, whether I am fully clothed or in a bikini, and each piece captures the same feel of sophistication and elegance.

Speaking about collaboration and the collection on Instagram, Sai said:

Ok so I am very hands on and sometimes a bit difficult when it comes to photoshoots because I want to be my own model, my own stylist, my own creative director, my own photographer lol, but a huge thanks huge thanks to everyone involved in helping me toward achieving my goals. This particular photo is for my sister who flew in from Virginia for two weeks and completely took over. Thanks for being my amazing STYLIST and understanding my vision @madammystique! "I love checking out other great blogs. And my mood is another thing that inspires me. I always want to be happy, and certain colors and pieces just give me that. Sometimes I wake up and I am so uninspired, I just wear a huge kaftan or my pajamas and a t-shirt. Then I remember a great piece I have, and just run into my closet and match it up with something fun. I am a really big risktaker, and [am] never afraid to try new things.
