Player of Nigerian descent Sheyi Ojo scores 1st goal for Reims
Player of Nigerian descent Sheyi Ojo scored his first goal for Stade de Reims against US Orleans in a round of 32 Coupe de la ligue game played on Thursday, November 1.
The 21-year-old was in action for all 90 minutes against the the lower league division outfit.

Ojo was named in the starting eleven by Stade de Reims manager David Guionand was in action for the entirety of the game.
The Ligue 1 outfit could not break down the lower league side as the first half ended goalless at halftime with both sides unable to find a breakthrough.
It was the lower league side that opened the scoring after a barren 15 minutes in the second half.
Jordan Tell was the goalscorer for US Orleans the 62nd minute and were on course for a famous victory.
Sheyi who is on loan from Liverpool gave Reims a lifeline in the clash when he converted a ball through to him in the 88th minute.
The goal sent the game to extra time as both sides fired blanks in the additional 30 minutes in both halfs.
US Orleans won on penalties 3-2 although Ojo scored his own spot kick.

Ojo who has declared his readiness to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria is expected to be in action when they face AS Monaco in their next league fixture on Saturday, November 3.
