Trouble looms as blogger threatens to expose Foluke Daramola’s secret over her support for APC

Former Kano State Governor, Senator Ibrahim Shekarau has clinched the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP)’s ticket for the Kano Central Senatorial District at the 2023 general election.

According to News Agency of Nigeria, Shekarau won the party’s ticket unopposed at the primaries in Gezawa, headquarters of Gezawa Local Government Area (LGA) of Kano State.

The serving senator defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to NNPP after failing to secure the party’s ticket for another term in the senate.

The NNPP’s ticket for Kano North Senatorial went to Dr Abdullahi Baffa while Kawu Sumaila got the ticket for Kano South.
