Top 5 housemates who could return for 'BBNaija' All-Star edition

Top 5 housemates who could return for 'BBNaija' All-Star edition

Unlike past editions, which featured fresh, new faces, the forthcoming season eight will include the return of popular favorites from prior seasons for a 'All Stars' edition.

With the program due to launch this weekend, we have compiled a list of characters we believe will feature on the show, based on their popularity both within and outside the house.

Here are five housemates that we believe will be back for the BBNaija All-Star edition:

  1. Mercy Eke

Eke, sometimes known as Mercy Lambo, is at the top of our list for various reasons. First and foremost, she is the first female winner of BBNaija.

Her brand has only grown after leaving the program, with her earning different commercial agreements and making her acting debut in Toyin Abraham's Fate of Alakada (2020).

Eke has also had two seasons of her reality program Mercy What Next?, proving that fans can't get enough of her. She has also starred in Netflix's Shanty Town and has run profitable enterprises.

She has over 3 million followers and the larger-than-life charisma required to feature in an all-star edition.

2. Whitemoney

Whitemoney captivated viewers around the country in 2021 with his food, lowly upbringing, and go-getter attitude. He won the season of 'Shine Ya' Eye' with 47 percent of the vote from viewers.

Outside the home, he has continued to compose songs and run his companies while maintaining contact with his fans, garnering over one million Instagram followers.

3. Nengi

During her time on the show in 2020, Nengi was one of the easy-going housemates, avoiding major controversies and getting along with most of her fellow contestants.

Outside the house, her beauty, grace, and infectious energy continue to endear her to a loyal fan base. While she stands out as an uncontroversial figure, we think she has what it takes to be on the all-star edition.

4. Cross

Cross was a fan favorite two years ago, stealing hearts with his nonstop dancing and cheerful demeanor that had fans captivated to him. Outside the house, there is a lot of affection for the model and fitness fanatic.

On his birthday last year, he received 7 million and more gifts from his devoted followers. Cross has the attributes needed to keep fans watching with an appealing personality and thus much commitment.

5. Neo

Throughout his time on the program, Neo was frequently seen as a mediator in the house, doing his utmost to foster good ties while avoiding significant confrontations.

Outside the home, he has over a million fans as a consequence of his high energy and entertaining, accessible videos. With the all-star edition approaching, it would be fantastic to see him bring positive vibrations to the screen once more.

We look forward to seeing exactly which fan favourites make it on the show when BBNaija returns on July 23, 2023.

The show will air on all Africa Magic channels: Africa Magic Urban, Showcase and Family at 7 pm WAT. You can also find it on Showmax.
