BREAKING: PET To Deliver Judgement On Peter Obi, Atiku's Petitions On Wednesday In Abuja

On Wednesday, September 6, the Presidential victory Tribunal in Abuja will rule on petitions contesting President Bola Tinubu's victory.

In May, SaharaReporters claimed that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal consolidated the petitions submitted by the various political parties when delivering the pre-hearing report and trial schedule.

It also postponed decision on the petitions brought by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party so that the judgments could be delivered on the same day as Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

It recently denied that it had set September 16 as the date for the verdict.
