Real Madrid legend Roberto Carlos has supported Thibaut Courtois after Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone accused him of inciting fans during their La Liga 1-1 draw over the weekend.

The La Liga rivalry was suspended shortly after Eder Militao's goal due to Atletico Madrid fans throwing various objects, including lighters, at Courtois.

Simeone commented on the situation after the game, saying Courtois should not have taunted the crowd during his celebrations.
