The Nigeria Football Federation Referees Committee has established a referee training programme.

Referees from the Nigeria Women Football League, Nigeria National League, and Nationwide League One profited from the exercise.

The training session was held at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin.
The workout started with a medical and physical fitness test.

The 2024-25 NNL season will begin on Saturday, November 30.

The date of the NWFL season has yet to be declared by the organizers.
