Wizkid, a Nigerian Afrobeat singer, has revealed why the iconic apparel brand Puma selected Davido over him.

Wizkid took to social media on Wednesday to express his feelings on Davido.

Following the continuing online feud between the two superstars, an X user named Nelson Epega accused Wizkid of being dissatisfied and jealous of Davido's new Puma deal.

Wizkid responded to @Nelson Epega's video with a popular post on X, stating that Puma settled for Davido because they couldn't pay him.

Wizkid wrote, "You idiot!" I passed down Puma because they could no longer afford to pay me, and I wanted more! I don't need that! Way bigger than every artist you've mentioned! Not jealous! I love them all. With your dirty ass shirt! Idiot!
