Indigenous artist Chibuzor Azubike Nelson, alias Phyno, has issued a strong warning to fans to cease comparing him to his colleague Olamide and any other rapper.

Over the years, some fans have continually compared Phyno, who raps largely in Igbo, to his colleague and regular collaborator Olamide, who raps mostly in Yoruba.

On Friday, an X user with the handle @TheDamiForeign drew another connection between the duo, writing: "When it comes to rap, who's the GOAT?" "Phyno vs Olamide."
In response to the post, Phyno fumed: "Yo!!! What the heck is wrong with you guys? Stop pitting me against my brother or anyone else. Do your conversation with someone else... na ala adi agba unu... wtf?"
