Tammy Abraham confesses he wants to visit Nigeria, despite snubbing the Super Eagles.

Tammy Abraham, an AC Milan striker, has confessed that he would love to return to Nigeria because of his childhood there.

Abraham was born in Camberwell, London, to Nigerian parents and has good memories of his time in the West African country.

He did, however, make his competitive debut for the England national team in 2020 against Czech Republic.

In an interview with Milan TV, Abraham stated, "I have a few Nigerian pals.

"I grew up in an area with a large Nigerian population. I was reared in that culture, I've traveled to Nigeria, and I plan to return soon. My mother often prepares Nigerian dishes."

In 2017, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) attempted to persuade Abraham to play for the Super Eagles, but he ultimately chose to dedicate his international career to the Three Lions.

The 27-year-old has since appeared 11 times for England, scoring three goals.
