EPL: Manchester United suffers significant injury blow following 0-0 draw at Aston Villa.
Alejandro Garnacho, a Manchester United winger, has withdrawn from international duty due to a knee ailment.
Garnacho played the entire 90 minutes in United's 0-0 draw at Aston Villa on Sunday.
However, he will not be flying to join his Argentina teammates during the international break.
"I had knee troubles in the last two matches and will be unable to join the national squad.
"I hope to recover soon so I can attend the next date," Garnacho stated.
Garnacho will remain in the UK to be evaluated by United's medical staff.
