Tems praises Justin Bieber, calling him "one of the purest souls I've ever met."

Temilade Openiyi, a Grammy-winning Nigerian musician better known as Tems, has acknowledged her adoration for Canadian singer Justin Bieber.

During a recent interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Tems hailed Bieber as "one of the purest souls I have ever met".

She described the 'Peaches' hitmaker as friendly and supportive.

She described how she invited Wizkid and Justin Bieber to her Coachella act earlier this year.

"I was supposed to do this Coachella performance, and Wizkid was in town, so we asked if he would mind coming on, and he said, 'Yeah, of course, I'll come out.

"And then, on the day of the performance, I received a text from Justin Bieber saying, 'I'm around in case you want to bring me out.'"

"Justin Bieber is one of the purest hearts I've ever encountered; he's incredibly sweet and supportive. And when he came out, the ground shook. Everybody was losing their heads. I was astonished. "Justin, I love you."

Wizkid, Tems, and Justin Bieber collaborated on the remix of the global smash 'Essence.'
