Bobrisky sentenced to 6 months imprisonment without option of fine

Idris Okuneye, a well-known Nigerian crisis therapist known as Bobrisky, has finally got a jail sentence without the possibility of a fine.
The named "mummy of Lagos," who recently attended a party where naira was squandered, will spend six months in prison.
The verdict was issued at an early April 12 court session by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos.

On April 5, the EFCC accused Bobrisky with six charges of money laundering and misuse of the Naira.

However, once he acknowledged to the crime, the court dismissed the money laundering allegations against him while finding him guilty of Naira misuse. Furthermore, the court ordered that he be held in the custody of the EFCC in Lagos.
The court has scheduled a hearing for the matter on April 9. The court, however, was unable to session owing to the Eid-Fitri national holiday, which ran from April 9 to April 11.

Oyebisi responded, "There's more to this if you ask me. Perhaps they exploited him as a scapegoat.

Oluwakemi._o said, "Persin wey wan jail portable don finally go jail."

Soloblinkz responded: "They want him to return as a true guy. But my concern is, is it a male or female cell?"

Iam_bmodel added: "Aaah, with no option for fine." Omo Bob is definitely learning the hard way, and I think this is just too much for him. Imagine how many beards he'll have when he comes out.
