Lawal releases debut single, ‘Hips & Tits’

The talented artist is from Ogun state, South West Nigeria but spent most of his childhood in Lagos state where he had his primary education before moving to Abuja for his Secondary and tertiary education.

his journey into the world of music began at a young age and following the tragic loss of his mother in June 2023, Lawal returned to Lagos to be with his extended family, where he met his cousin “Felix Emma Eyo” professionally known as I-mortal who is a show promoter and the CEO of I-Media Nigeria.

In 2024, Lawal with the help of his cousin got signed to Afrocott Records which is a UK based record label. Influenced by his multicultural upbringing and a diverse range of musical genres, lawal’s sound is a fusion of Afro Pop and Afrobeats. His music seamlessly blends with rhythms with poignant storytelling, creating a lasting experience for listeners.

With a voice that exudes boldness and strength, Lawal possesses a rare ability to convey raw emotions with every note he sings. His lyrics, are thought-provoking, and personal growth, resonating with audiences on a deeply emotional level.

Lawal debut single, “Hips & Tits,” Will officially be released on the 10th of May, 2024 under his new management Afrocott Records. As Lawal continues to carve out his place in the music industry, he remains committed to staying true to his craft and artistic vision.
