Though 10 games will take place concurrently beginning at 4 p.m. on Sunday, two of them will receive the most attention due to the significance of the match.
Most football fans will be focused on the showdown between Premier League title contenders Manchester City and West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium, as well as the match between Arsenal and Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
Manchester City leads the table heading into the final game of the season with 88 points from 37 games. They will win the title merely by defeating the London side, regardless of the score.
