Audu Azeez, Wikki Tourists' head coach, thinks the season has been unsatisfactory for the team.


The Bauchi Elephants were eliminated from the President Federation Cup on Wednesday, falling to EFCC in the Round of 16.

Wikki Tourists also failed to qualify for the Nigeria National League Super Eight playoffs.

Azeez encouraged the players to work harder and pray for a better season next year.

"The season ended on a negative note for the team; everyone should pray for a better next season," he urged the players in his address.


"Last week, we were rejoicing, but this time it's a different story; football.

"We appeal for more patience and understanding as the team prepares for next season."
