Stuart Pearce, former Manchester City manager, has slammed Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford for missing out on England's UEFA Euro 2024 selection.


According to Pearce, Rashford lacks charisma on the field.

According to him, this resulted in him missing out on Gareth Southgate's selection for this year's European competition in Germany.

In quotes from Caught Offside, Pearce said:

"With Marcus [Rashford], I simply believe that other players in that part of the pitch had stronger seasons.

"This is going to be harsh of me to say, he lacks real personality on a football pitch to grab his club side and take them to where they should be."

Rashford did not perform well for Manchester United last season.
