Davido reacts after Portable called him out

Nigerian Afrobeats musician David Adeleke, often known as Davido, has responded after his colleague Portable chastised him for reportedly offering him 'poor advise' over their recent dinner in the United States.

According to TalkTalk Nigeria, Portable recently stated that Davido, who signed with Sony Music, recommended him not to join the label and instead suggested he sign with Empire.

The 'Zazu' crooner accused foul play, claiming that he, like Davido, is looking for a Grammy, but the DMW head is encouraging him to join a label that may not impact the award for him.

Davido replied by unfollowing Portable on Instagram.

A look at their Instagram pages on Thursday evening confirmed that the DMW boss had unfollowed Portable.

Portable has previously raised concerns that certain people were attempting to pit Davido against him.

According to him, people have been "pushing" him to fight Davido, but he has refused because the DMW leader has previously assisted him.
