Cristiano Ronaldo, Al Nassr's captain, has reacted to Nacho Fernandez's departure from Real Madrid.


On Tuesday, Nacho announced his resignation from Los Blancos via social media.

The Spaniard also acknowledged the UEFA Champions League and La Liga winners for his tenure at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ronaldo responded to Nacho's Instagram post, telling the 34-year-old to be happy of what he has accomplished under Carlo Ancelotti.

"You are one of the heroes of Real Madrid's great history," the attacker from Portugal wrote.

"Be proud of what you have achieved Nacho!"

Nacho and Ronaldo formerly played together for Real Madrid.
