Martínez scored his second goal of the tournament after goalkeeper Claudio Bravo blocked Lionel Messi's corner kick attempt.

Argentina now leads Group A with six points, followed by Canada with three, Chile, and Peru with one apiece.

The Albiceleste will end the group stage against Peru on Saturday in Miami Gardens, Florida, while Canada will face Chile in Orlando, Florida.
