UWSL: Oshoala makes history in Bay FC’s win over Racing Louisville
Asisat Oshoala, a Super Falcons forward, set another record by being the first Bay FC player to score a penalty in the National Women's Soccer League.
Oshoala scored the winning goal in Bay FC's 1-0 victory over Racing Louisville.
The striker sent the goalkeeper the wrong way from the penalty spot 14 minutes later.
It should be noted that she scored her new club's first goal in her debut in the United States.
The former Barcelona player has scored three goals for Bay FC since joining the club.
Uchenna Kanu, her international teammate, did not make Racing Louisville's matchday squad for the game.
