Mamelodi Sundowns are expected to loan Nigerian striker Etiosa Ighodaro for another season.

Ighodaro joined the Brazilians at Abuja College in July 2021.

However, the 23-year-old has spent a significant amount of time on loan at several South African clubs.

The forward was on SuperSport United's roster last season.

Ighodaro scored eight goals in 34 appearances across all competitions for Gavin Hunt's team.

The player was not selected for Sundowns' pre-season trip of Austria.

According to Idisk Times, he will now spend the 2024/25 season on loan at Amazulu.
