Pepe Reina, a former Barcelona goalkeeper, has signed for Como in Serie A.

Reina, a former Liverpool goalkeeper, will now have the opportunity to work with the club's co-owner and assistant manager, Cesc Fabregas.

On Thursday, Como confirmed Reina's signing via a tweet from their X account.

"Como 1907 is delighted to announce the signing of Pepe Reina until June 2025.

"An experienced goalkeeper, Reina has defended the goals of Barcelona, Villareal, Liverpool, Napoli, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Aston Villa and Lazio in his career," Como said on his Twitter account.

Reina, 41, joins Como from Spanish La Liga club Villarreal.
