Nigerian forward Chrisantus Uche scored on his LaLiga debut as Getafe tied Athletico Bilbao 1-1 in their first game of the 2024-25 season.

Three minutes before halftime, Oihan Sancet gave Athletico Bilbao the lead.

However, Uche saved a point for his team in the 64th minute.
