EPL: He can play several positions—Maresca on Chelsea's newest signing

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has reacted to the club's latest addition, Joao Felix.

Chelsea has officially announced the signing of Felix from Atletico Madrid.

Responding, Maresca stated that the Portugal international can play in a variety of positions.

At his pre-match press conference before of Chelsea's UEFA Conference League qualifier against Servette on Thursday, Maresca said of Felix: "First and foremost, he's a good player.

"He's a talent; the club has known him since two years ago. I believe Joao's strength is his ability to play in a variety of positions for us.

"He can play inside, he can play as a No.9, he can play outside."
