Bayelsa United has promoted two of their youth players to the main team.

The players' names are David Weke and Stanley Idon.

The duo was drafted into the main team due to their outstanding performance and attention to training.
Bayelsa United technical adviser Ladan Bosso praised the players for their constancy in training and encouraged them not to rest on their laurels.

TalkTalk Nigeria reported that Bayelsa United had previously recruited ten players for the current season.

The new NPFL season starts on Saturday.
