TalkTalk Nigeria claims that Rivers United would take part in a pre-season event in Bayelsa.

The event will begin on Monday, August 12, 2024.

The Pride of Rivers made the announcement via the club's X account.

The former Nigeria Premier Football League winners remarked that the competition will provide Finidi George's team another chance to evaluate their players ahead of the upcoming season.

It should be noted that Rivers United just returned from a pre-season event in Ikenne.

Rivers United will begin their NPFL campaign next season with a match against Bendel Insurance.
