Kelechi Iheanacho claims he is not under pressure to replace Morocco international Youssef En-Neysri at LaLiga club Sevilla.

En-Neysri, who played for Morocco in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, departed Sevilla for Turkish Super Lig heavyweights Fenerbahce earlier this summer.

Iheanacho took his spot last week and signed a two-year contract with the Rojiblancos.

The forward indicated that he is eager for a fresh challenge with the club.

"It feels fantastic to be here. I've followed Sevilla and watched their games. I do not feel the pressure. "En-Nesyri has been a great striker; he's done a lot for the team," he remarked during his official presentation on Tuesday.

"Now it's my turn, what I want is to focus on the games, on the team and on continuing to improve every day."
