Victor Osimhen, a Napoli striker, has given Chelsea two requirements for joining the Premier League team this summer.

Osimhen's future with the former Serie A champions is questionable, as there are no active conversations despite his availability.

The Blues are seeking to get the Nigerian on loan while sending Romelu Lukaku to Napoli on a permanent basis.

However, football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, speaking on YouTube today, stated that Osimhen is "not considering a loan with option to buy".

Romano further stated that the Super Eagles striker "will not reduce his salary" in order to join Chelsea.

According to rumors, Arsenal is also keeping tabs on the player's status.
