AFCON 2025: Super Eagles qualification dates confirmed

The Confederation of African Football has set the official matchdays for the Super Eagles' 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against the Republic of Benin and Rwanda.

The three-time African champions will begin their qualifying campaign against neighbours Benin on Saturday, June 7, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

Three days later, the Super Eagles will meet Rwanda's Amavubi at the freshly restored Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.



The Mediterranean Knights of Libya are the other countries represented in the group.

The top two teams in each group will qualify for Morocco 2025.

The AFCON 2025 qualifiers will take place from September to November 2024.
