Chioma, the sister of Patoranking, a famous Nigerian Afrobeats singer, was reportedly killed in an explosion at her home.

Chioma was claimed to have died on the scene, while her husband, George, died from his injuries on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

Cutie Juls, a media celebrity, confirmed this in an Instagram post on Thursday.

Cutie Juls shared a video of the deceased house following the awful tragedy, revealing that the explosion happened just after their housewarming and child's birthday celebration.

"Remember when I mentioned last week or so that his (Patoranking) sister died in a gas explosion incident in their home, and the husband and child are fighting for their lives in the hospital?"

"The hubby couldn't make it either. He has passed gone. Pathoranking tried so hard. Purchasing tones of blood to assist save his brother-in-law's life, so that his nephew will not be an orphan.

“Remember he loves his sister so much. Abeg's pals should check on him."

As of the time of reporting this story, Patoranking or his manager had made no remark on the event.
