Nigerian artist Fireboy DML has complimented legendary singer Wande Coal for his contributions to his career.

In a recent episode of the 'Is This Seat Taken' podcast, Fireboy stated, "It was a dream when I first met Wande Coal." When he's around, I feel like a child. He's a legend. So meeting him was a blessing and a surreal experience."

He underlined that Wande Coal inspired him to pursue music.
