Raphinha, a Barcelona winger, revealed he wished to leave the club six months after joining the LaLiga giants from Premier League club Leeds United in 2022.

The Brazilian talked after scoring a hat trick in Barcelona's 7-0 LaLiga victory over Real Valladolid over the weekend.

Raphinha told RAC1 (via MD) that adapting to the Blaugrana was difficult, and he considered leaving Camp Nou immediately.

"Yes, I considered about leaving Barcelona. "The first six months were difficult for me and my family," Raphinha explained.

"Following the World Cup, I improved and finished the season well. I was calmer, but the start was difficult. Adapting to the club became challenging for me."
