EPL: Haaland equals Cristiano Ronaldo's goal record following Manchester City's draw with Arsenal.
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has matched former Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo's record for the fewest matches required to score a century of goals for a single club.
Haaland's 100th goal in all competitions for Manchester City came in Sunday's 2-2 Premier League tie with Arsenal.
The Norwegian international scored after just nine minutes.
The goal means Haaland has reached the milestone in just 105 Manchester City games since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2022.
However, it took Ronaldo 105 matches to score 100 goals for Real Madrid after moving from Manchester United.
