Rangers are eliminated by Sagrada Esperanca of Angola in the CAF Champions League.

Rangers, the Nigerian champions, were knocked from the CAF Champions League by Angola's Sagrada Esperanca on Sunday.

Rangers lost the second preliminary round reverse tie 3-1.

The Flying Antelopes lost the competition 3-2 on aggregate.
Remo Stars, the country's other representative in the competition, was eliminated in the first round.

In recent years, Nigerian clubs have failed to qualify for the competition's lucrative group stage.

Enyimba is now the last Nigerian club remaining on the continent.
