Kai Cenat, a popular American streamer and content developer, has stated that he would stop streaming.

On Sunday, the YouTuber revealed to his viewers via X that he would be leaving streaming to pursue a new job.

He declared his desire to become a professional basketball player.

He wrote, "I'm quitting streaming to become a professional basketball player." Goodbye."

Kai Cenat made headlines earlier this year when he met Afrobeats superstar Davido on a vacation to Nigeria.

He donated to the renovation of a school in the Makoko village in Lagos State, promising to return in December.

Popular Nigerian streamer Peller has previously stated that Cenat is his mentor.
