Handi Danbaki, an evicted Big Brother Naija 'No Loose Guard' housemate, has declared her willingness to engage in a legal battle with her colleague Ben.

According to TalkTalk Nigeria, Ben has threatened to sue Handi and her twin sister, Wanni, after the latter accused him of sexually assaulting the former on the show.

Handi responded to Ben's legal threat in a recent interview with Classic 97.3 FM in Lagos, saying she opted to let the matter go because Ben apologized during their time on the show, but she was astonished to learn of his legal threats.

She explained, "I forgot about the issue because after the Saturday night party, he [Ben] came to my ear and said, 'That's not who I am that’s not who I am.’

"He was crying into my ear, and I said, okay, I'll drop the lawsuit. That's why I overlooked it. But he did it. And I told him, "You did what you did." I really wanted Biggie had shown me the footage or something, but I'm a woman, and I know my own body. I am aware when someone does something to me. I am not a baby. And I will never come out and say someone did something to me if I am not sure. I'm still standing my ground, but I've chosen to forget about it; if he wants to take it legally, he should come; I'm ready."
