The Delta State Government has dismissed the entire management board of Warri Wolves and Delta Queens, both from the Nigeria National League and Nigeria Women Football League.

The Delta State Sports Commission announced the withdrawal on Wednesday.

Before the new season begins, the two clubs are expected to appoint a new management board.
Warri Wolves and Delta Queens are presently gearing up for the 2024-25 season.

Both teams missed out on the championship playoffs last season.

The date for the upcoming season has yet to be revealed by the organizers.
