20 players are in camp as the Super Eagles prepare for the AFCON qualifiers.

The Super Eagles held their first training session on Tuesday night, ahead of Saturday's 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against the Benin Republic Cheetahs.

Twenty players participated in the training session at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium's practice ground in Uyo.

The session was open to both media and fans.
Wednesday and Thursday's sessions, however, will be held behind closed doors.

Three additional players, Victor Osimhen, Kelechi Iheanacho, and Maduka Okoye, are still expected in camp.

Iheanacho is expected in camp on Wednesday, while Osimhen and Okoye will join their teammates on Thursday.
