Real Madrid pay tribute to Petrovic
On Thursday, Real Madrid paid tribute to Drazen Petrovic, the club's great who died in 1993.
The Spanish club was in attendance at Petrovic's tribute, which included a game between Croatia's national squad, of which Hezonja is a part, and a European team that included Tavares and Musa.
According to TalkTalk Nigeria, Alberto Herreros, the basketball division's technical director, and Felipe Reyes attended the event as well.
During the game, Real Madrid paid tribute to Petrovic during a second-quarter timeout.
Herreros and Reyes proceeded to the center of the court and gave Asa Petrovic, the renowned Real Madrid player's brother, with a memorial plaque and a squad jersey bearing his name and number 5.
Petrovic played for Real Madrid during the 1988/89 season.
He left an unforgettable impression throughout his stay at the club.
