Beyoncé discloses the name and date of her upcoming album.

Beyoncé announced the release date of "Renaissance," her much awaited seventh studio album, on Wednesday night.

The singer recently wiped the profile photographs off her social media pages, raising fans' worries that something significant was about to happen.

The "Formation" musician announced the information in her new "act I RENAISSANCE 7.29" social media bio. The title and release date were also announced on social media by Tidal, the music streaming service that Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z jointly own.

Additionally, Beyoncé's website is currently accepting preorders for a mysterious box set of "Renaissance" goods that includes a CD, T-shirt, and 28-page booklet.

Six years after the release of Beyoncé's last studio album, "Lemonade," "Renaissance" is scheduled to be released. Nine Grammy awards, including record ("Formation"), song ("Formation"), and album of the year, were nominated for that landmark work. On their list of the 500 greatest albums ever, "Lemonade" was placed No. 32 by Rolling Stone in 2020.

Since the release of "Lemonade," Beyoncé has kept busy by performing at Coachella in 2018, which fans renamed "Beychella," and releasing the Grammy-winning Netflix documentary "Homecoming" about it. She also played Nala in the 2019 Disney adaptation of "The Lion King," for which she also recorded a complete duet album, including the song "Spirit," which was nominated for a Golden Globe.

The following year, Beyoncé co-wrote, co-directed and executive produced “Black Is King,” a visual version of her “Lion King” album. And in 2021, the visionary musician became the most Grammy-winning female artist of all time after accepting the prize for R&B performance for her hit single “Black Parade.”

Most recently, the music icon opened the 2022 Oscars with a stunning live performance of “Be Alive” — her song from the movie “King Richard” — filmed at a public tennis court in Compton.

According to Philip Lewis, senior front page editor of the Huffington Post, "Beyoncé has people buying boxes without knowing what's inside during inflation." Her strength.
