Sabinus, a well-known skit maker, has urged females who try to entice him by sending naked picture to stop wasting their time since he hopes to acquire property.

Sabinus, actual name Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, remarked that he sees all of their efforts to DM him.

He insisted on not sliding into their DM regardless of whether they got absolutely n+ked or not.

According to the comic, he is saving money in order to invest it on land, even if it is only half a piece.

He went on to remark that pursuing a woman's derriere has no worth or profit and is a complete waste of time.
