Transfer: Nigerian forward joins Egyptian club Pyramids FC.

Sodiq Awujoola, a Nigerian attacker, has joined Egyptian Premier League team Pyramids FC.

Awujoola joined Pyramids from another Egyptian team, Ceramica Cleopatra.

The 23-year-old joined Pyramids on a season-long loan with the option to buy.

Mahmoud Zalaka and Fagrie Lakay joined Ceramica Cleopatra as part of the acquisition.

The dynamic forward joined Ceramica Cleopatra from Smouha at the start of last season.

Awujoola tallied 12 goals and 11 assists.

He also helped Ceramica win the Egyptian League Cup by defeating Tala'ea El Gaish in the final.
