AFCON 2025 qualifier: Super Eagles' Uyo camp expands to 20 players
The Super Eagles have 20 players in training in Uyo ahead of their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Libya on Friday.
The team's base, the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, came alive on Tuesday morning with the entrance of seven new players, bringing the total to nine.
However, 11 more players arrived at the team's camp later that day.
Players that have failed to report for duty include Kelechi Iheanacho, Osayi-Samuel, and Chidera Ejuke Ejuke.
The team's first training session was held on the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium's practice pitch, and all 20 players participated.
The session was open to both the media and the general public.
