Nigerian artist Ruger has spoken out about the rivalry between Afrobeats megastars Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.

He suggested that the trio work together rather than compete.

The Blown Boy owner expressed confidence that the trio's collaboration and joint globe tour would be a watershed event not only for them, but also for the Afrobeats genre.
Ruger said in the most recent episode of Madame Joyce's 'Cocktails & Takeaways' podcast that he preferred to partner with BNXN rather than continue their feud.

He stated, "I believe Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy should collaborate on a single song and tour together. They do not have to complete a project. One song and a world tour combined. It's going to be the best thing ever.

"I and BNXN would be  co-writers of the song.”
