NWFL: Nasarawa Amazons commend officiating despite defeat to Bayelsa Queens

Nasarawa Amazons have expressed satisfaction with the officiating in their tight loss to Bayelsa Queens in the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League Super Six playoffs.


Intimi Mercy's late goal gave Bayelsa Queens a 1-0 victory over Nasarawa Amazons.

Nasarawa Amazons remarked the officiating has been commendable since the competition began.

"On the officiating side, it was very great because all of the referees are good and doing their jobs well," Nasarawa Amazons' media officer, Emmanuel Ochoche Adakwu, told TalkTalk Nigeria.

Nasarawa Amazons has one point from two games played in the tournament.

On Wednesday, the Lafia-based team will meet Rivers Angels at the Samson Siasia Stadium in their third match of the season.
