Transfer: Chelsea gives Napoli one condition for signing Osimhen.

According to The Telegraph, Chelsea are still interested in signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, but will only do so on loan.

Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis is holding out for potential suitors to pay Osimhen's €130 million (£110.8 million) release clause.

However, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are hesitant to pay that much for the Super Eagles' frontman.

Chelsea were close to signing Samu Omorodion after agreeing to a €40 million (£34.5 million) deal with Atletico Madrid.

However, the relocation fell through due to a disagreement over personal terms.

The Blues have decided to try Osimhen again, but only if Napoli agrees to an initial loan arrangement.

However, Osimhen's agent, Roberto Calenda, has already responded to reports that the striker could leave Napoli for a lower sum.
