Why I Divorced Alice Campello – Alvaro Morata

Alvaro Morata, an AC Milan striker, has spoken up about his split from wife Alice Campello.

Morata and his Italian wife, Campello, separated last month.

Some Spanish reporters had heavily reported Morata's infidelity to Campello.

Speaking about the development, Morata, who has four children with Campello, dismissed any accusation of adultery, stating that they both chose to end their relationship.

The 31-year-old Spain international told TVE, as reported by Sport, "It is false. I've never been unfaithful to her; she is the most important woman in my life.

"I am very clear: the relationship is done. We have a terrific relationship for the well-being of our four children, but there is no going back.

"We were both clear that we preferred to end the relationship and start from there."

The former Real Madrid and Chelsea player continued, "Alice wanted to stay in Spain and did not want to move again."
