Stade de Reims, a Ligue 1 club, has announced the signing of Nigerian defender Amos Onoche, TalkTalk Nigeria reports.

Onoche joined the Red and Whites of Nigeria's National League club, Sporting Supreme.

The 18-year-old signed a two-year contract.

Before joining the first team, the right-back will train with the Reims youth team.

The child is the first Nigerian to join the club.

Last season, Luka Elsner's side finished tenth in France's top tier.
