Transfer: Manchester City confirms contract for Fujino.
Manchester City announced on Friday the signing of Japan international Aoba Fujino on a three-year contract.
Fujino will join her new Manchester City teammates for the inaugural Perth International Football Cup later this month, following the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The 20-year-old forward will wear the No. 20 shirt.
She has won the WE League Valuable Player Award twice in her three seasons with Tokyo Verdy Beleza.
After joining Manchester City, Fujino said:
"This is a very big club with a lot of history, so I'm really excited to come here."
